Microsoft: Microsoft came up with the only non-Linux hypervisor, Hyper-V, to compete in a tight server virtualization market that VMware currently dominates.

But in Hyper-V, it is bit different from Vmware and Citrix as it comes along with Server 2012 and can be managed from the system on which it is installed.
